About Our Catering Services
Crafting Culinary Excellence For You
Menu Selection
A completed menu must be provided 30 days prior to event. Prices shown are subject to an 20% service charge and local sales tax.
Guarantees
A final number of guests (guarantee) must be provided to Complete Catering 10 days prior to your event. We will prepare 5% above the guarantee. Please note that if the menu has 2 choices as the main entree, the 5% will only be prepared for the most popular item.
Menu Tasting
A complimentary menu tasting is offered for groups of 50 or more guests. The tasting is confirmed once the contract has been signed and the initial deposit has been received. Tastings are prepared for up to 4 guests.
Full Service Bar
Available for off site. Pricing dependent on liquor choices.
Billing
To book Complete Catering for either your venue or off-site caterer, a $1,500 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if your event cancels. The final payment is due the day of your event.
